PokerMedia Australia is pleased to announce that it will provide live reporting services for the upcoming Stacked Poker Championship, to be held at Adelaide’s Stacked Social from 28 January to 7 February 2022.

“Over the past few years PokerMedia Australia has established itself as the home of live poker coverage across the country and we’re delighted to add the Stacked Poker Championship to our list of partners,” said PMA Managing Editor, Ben Blaschke.
“Stacked Social is undoubtedly one of the most unique venues on the Australian poker scene with a reputation for running some of the best cash games and most innovative tournament series around. Andrew Michael and his team have done a terrific job of adding some exciting new initiatives to the Aussie poker scene including the $100,000 guaranteed first prize for the winner of the Stacked Poker Championship Main Event.
“PMA looks forward to bringing this series to the world.”
With a view to welcoming interstate players to the Stacked Poker Championship, Stacked Social recently inked a deal with Majestic M Hotels to provide discounted accommodation just two minutes walk from the venue in North Adelaide. The link for discounted accommodation is on the Stacked Social website.
In a recent interview with PMA, Stacked Social’s Managing Director Andrew Michael revealed how providing top shelf hospitality for players was one of the founding principals of the venture.
“As a player that used to travel a lot I thought this was an area of all poker rooms in Australia that was sub-par, so I quickly identified that service, ambience and hospitality was integral to the concept of Stacked Social,” he said.
“We have some really amazing girls running service and our group of dealers are professional and social. We have a great range of food and beverage with the atmosphere and charm of Las Vegas.”
