Crown Poker and the Full House Group are proud to extend their partnership to a new level. Last month Crown Poker hosted the successful Full House Group MAIN EVENT with 445 of the best pub poker players in the land converging in the Crown Poker Room.
They battled it out on the Crown Poker felt for their share of the $445,000 prizepool eventual champion Amjed Slewa (pictured above) was a worthy winner, taking out the title and $100,000 prize package back to NSW.
On Monday, Crown Poker and the Full House Group launched the next step in the evolution of the Australian poker market. For some time now on weekdays, Crown Poker has run a fast paced and fun $50 buy in tournament dubbed the Midday Madness.
As of last Monday the Midday Madness has joined the tournaments offered by the Full House Group, who operate the 888PL, APL and Pub Poker events.
So what exactly does this mean? For the regular Crown Poker player it means that as well as the cash prizes usually on offer in this tournament they can now qualify for all the great prizes on offer through the Full House Group including qualifying for the Monthly State Champs where they will play for $15,000 cash every month!
To qualify for the Full House Group $15,000 Cash State Champs:
• Win any 888PL, APL or Pub Poker Event including the Midday Madness at Crown Poker
• Come second in any Live 888PL, APL event including the Midday Madness at Crown Poker over 40 players
• Come third in any Live 888PL, APL event including the Midday Madness at Crown Poker over 80 players
• Play eight live games over any or a combination of 888PL, APL or Pub Poker Events including the Midday Madness at Crown Poker
• Play at least one event in the calendar month including the Midday Madness at Crown Poker prior to the event and pay $100.
For the regular 888PL, APL or Pub Poker player it means they can dip their toes into the casino poker environment whilst retaining some familiarity with their local games.
For the good of the industry operators must continue to bring new players into the games, at all levels. By joining with Full House Group in this partnership Crown Poker is attempting to not only attract new players, but also to make it easier for existing pub poker players to transition to the next level.
