AUSSIE MILLIONS: Seats filling fast for Hachem/Warne Charity tournament

It’s only appropriate that Australia’s premier charity poker tournament features as part of the schedule of events for our annual national poker championship.

For the second year in a row, the Joe Hachem and Shane Warne Charity Poker Tournament will be played during the Aussie Millions, with the event scheduled from noon on Sunday, January 20 at The West End at Crown Melbourne.

Renowned as the most high profile poker fundraising event in the country, this sixth edition of the Joe Hachem and Shane Warne Charity Poker Tournament will bring together some of the world’s most successful poker players, high profile sports stars and celebrities to challenge your poker skills, and will be jam-packed with live music, major auction items, impressive prizes and fabulous Crown hospitality.

This year, each table will have an individual winner who will qualify for the final. Organisers will also keep the table together to ensure someone wins bragging rights and the chance to win through to the Aussie Millions main Event. A draw will be held at the beginning of the event to decide at which tables the celebrities will play.

The sixth annual Joe Hachem and Shane Warne Charity Poker Tournament is proudly supported by Crown, 888Poker*, Jeep and Queen’s Slipper. Prizes include a first prize package of a 2013 Aussie Millions Main Event and WSOP APAC Main Event packages, second and third prizes are 2013 Aussie Millions Main Event seats while additional prizes will be awarded down to 16th place.

With only 16 tables available, secure your seat and help raise much needed funds for The Shane Warne Foundation towards seriously ill and underprivileged children across Australia.

Tables are available for $10,000 (table of 10) – for more information or to book tickets, visit www.tswf.com.au or contact (03) 9595 3838 or email poker@tswf.com.au.
