The SKYCITY Festival of Poker, New Zealand’s most prestigious tournament series is back bigger than ever with a guaranteed NZD $200,000 prize pool and the chance for one player to walk away with the exclusive SKYCITY Festival of Poker bracelet valued at over NZD $5000 NZD.
This 2012 tournament will see world class players from across the Australasian region converge on SKYCITY Auckland to compete for the glory of winning the SKYCITY Festival of Poker Main Event.
The Poker Room, New Zealand’s only dedicated Texas Hold’em Poker room will be abuzz with activity from November 17-25.
With only 330 places available and a NZD $2200 NZD buy-in, this tournament is suited to all players from seasoned professionals to aspiring amateurs.
Along with the cash prize from the guaranteed prize pool a very special bracelet will be awarded to the winner of the Main Event.

The SKYCITY Festival of Poker will feature seven events among multiple Satellite tournaments including a No Limit Hold’em Turbo event, SKYCITY Celebrity Invitational, Pot Limit Omaha Eight-Handed event, No Limit Hold’em Ladies Event, No Limit Hold’em Deep Stack and the SKYCITY Festival of Poker Auckland Main Event.
