Newcastle’s reputation as one of the most vibrant poker markets in the country will be further enhanced this week with the latest running of the $100,000 Newcastle Super Series at Wests Mayfield and Wests New Lambton.
A total of 12 events including the NSW $60,000 State Championships and APL $25,000 Pro Open will take place over seven days, with MAIN EVENT seats and WSOP Asia-Pacific packages also up for grabs.
The unique schedule features four days of action (starting tonight) at Wests Mayfield highlighted by the ‘Battle of the Sexes’ Men’s and Ladies’ Freezeout events on Thursday night.
The spotlight then shifts to Wests New Lambton from October 26-28 where the NSW State Champs and NSW Pro Open are scheduled, along with a WSOP APAC Main Event satellite and the ever-popular Tag Team event. It promises to be a great week of action, with something for everyone!
