STAR POKER: Stefan eyes the post in Sydney Champs Opening Event

Stefan Post is the man to catch after day two of the 2012 Sydney Champs $330 No Limit Hold’em Opening Event, with the final table scheduled to start at 4pm this afternoon (Sunday).

Winner of the Queen’s Birthday tournament back in 2009 at The Star, Post carries 1.548 million chips into the final table, well clear of well-known Sydney APL regular Shivan Abdine (1.145 million) and day 1A chip leader Simon Dwyer (1.136 million).

Dean Boskovic, who won the Six-handed Shootout at last year’s ANZPT Sydney and leading Australian female tournament player Suzy Khoueis also remain in the battle for the title.

And don’t forget that PMA’s No Limit Hold’em Special Event is now underway, with live coverage on PMA throughout the day and evening, and at tomorrow’s final table.
