Burswood Entertainment Complex will re-brand to Crown Perth in September after the completion of a $750 million dollar expansion and refurbishment, setting a new benchmark for five-star accommodation and world-class leisure facilities in Perth.
As part of the re-brand, Holiday Inn Perth Burswood will be known as Crown Promenade Perth from today, and InterContinental Perth Burswood will become Crown Metropol Perth on Wednesday, June 27.
Crown Metropol Perth offers a complete five-star luxury accommodation experience having undergone a complete refurbishment and refit of all foyers, guest rooms, suites and a stunning new Lobby area.
The property boasts the sophisticated ISIKA Spa, ISIKA Fitness and ISIKA Hair & Body Bar, which are located adjacent to a new Vegas-style resort pool area complete with water slides, relaxation pool and The Enclave, a private cabana area to enjoy the Perth sunshine.
Crown Promenade Perth is stylish, affordable and modern, providing a second tier of accommodation at the Complex. Located within Crown Promenade is Market & Co, which offers guests a fresh twist on casual dining, with an a la carte menu, salad and appetisers buffet or the option to dine at the bar.
Both hotels are complemented by a premium-dining portfolio, including globally renowned restaurant brands such as Neil Perry’s Rockpool Bar & Grill, Nobu Perth, Modo Mio Cucina Italiana, Yú and Atrium Buffet.
Bistro Guillaume will open at Crown Perth in September 2012, featuring the cuisine of three-star Michelin trained French Chef Guillaume Brahimi (Bennelong, Sydney and Bistro Guillaume, Crown Melbourne).
The Merrywell will also open right in the heart of the Complex in September, a new, exciting and innovative pub which will cater for the more relaxed diner. Inspired by globe-trotting, Vegas-based Chefs Grant MacPherson and Sammy DeMarco, The Merrywell will offer a great selection of beers, a very diverse and interesting menu and al fresco dining. ‘Good times on tap’ is the catchphrase of this brand new venue!
