It promises to be a massive weekend of action at the Goulburn Workers Club this weekend as the National Poker League’s finest head down the Hume Freeway for the latest NPL Quarterly Final.
There will be up to $150,000 in prizes up for grabs, including a first prize of up to $50,000 – $47,000 in cash plus a cherished NPL World Tour ticket, valued at $3000. The next NPLWT event will be played in Manila next month after a highly successful debut NPLWT event in Macau last year.
Up to six NPLWT tickets will be up for grabs in this NPL Quarterly Final for the chance to jet to the Philippines capital and play for a slice of a $100,000 prizepool. Players will be staying at the six-star Maxims Tower before taking to the felt at the Resorts World Casino Complex.
The NPL Quarterly Final will be played at the Goulburn Workers Club, McKell Place, Goulburn this weekend. Registration is at 9.30am for an 11am start. Players will start with 20,000 chips, with 16 levels of 40 minutes schedule for day one, followed by as many 40-minute levels are required on day two.
